Transportdata.be is first and foremost a metadata catalogue aiming at putting data providers in contact with data users. You will be able to download some datasets, but mostly you will get access to URLs and exploit datasets at the data providers' site. These datasets might only be accessible through licensing and payment to the data providers (you can find that information in the metadata). In that case, please contact the data providers directly. The transportdata team has indeed no stake in relations between data providers and data users.
